Most Dangerous Cake Recipe in the World
MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE…
4 tablespoons sugar / splenda
2 tablespoons baking cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips(optional)
A small dash of vanilla flavouring
1 microwaveable coffee mug
Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips and vanilla flavouring… and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts. The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don’t be alarmed! Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired. EAT!
(This can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous).

I don’t know whose recipe this is, nor where it came from…. But I agree… it IS dangerous!!
We added 11/2 tablespoon less sugar and oil, and didn’t use choc. chips.
Remy and I had fun making it!! And it tasted surprisingly good! *grins* Sort of… a slightly heavier choc. chiffon cake.

HUh … sorry I dont’ get it, what is dangerous about this recipe? Will the cake explode if you don’t get it right?
No… just WAYYYYYYYYYY too easy to make…. *grins* Dangerous to the waistline… and hips..
