The remains of said roast chicken (ie. bones, juice, and leftover meat) can be boiled in water with rice, black pepper, and sesame oil to make a LOVERLY pot of ‘jook’ (congee, or rice porridge) for the next dinner~!!!

*pats stomach in contentment*
