Who says healthy food tastes bland….
Not when scallops, halloumi, asparagus and a BIG bowl of salad in light dressing are involved.
The scallops and asparagus look really well done! Did you fry them or grill them? It’s looks to me like a really healthy meal!! Yums!!
Fry in olive oil, with a bit of pepper and maggie sauce. Quick, easy and yummy!

I just learnt a fantastic light dressing for salad from my cousin (Muks). Olive oil, malt vinegar, coarse ground pepper and maggie sauce (or kikoman, I assume… since maggie sauce would be hard to get there), tossed in peppery-veggie salad (rocket, spinach etc… mizuna too!)
