  4. I just learnt a fantastic light dressing for salad from my cousin (Muks). Olive oil, malt vinegar, coarse ground pepper and maggie sauce (or kikoman, I assume… since maggie sauce would be hard to get there), tossed in peppery-veggie salad (rocket, spinach etc… mizuna too!)
    That’s in the big blue bowl in the background.
