a danger to oinks….

We have had 2 weeks roast pork of different kinds.

Last weekend, we had roasted pork loin in pepper and herbs (and nice cripsy skin!).

smoked gammon ham

This weekend, we has a fantastic joint of smoked gammon ham. The gammon took a bit more prep, but it was so worth it….

*blisses out in a puff off foodie contentment*
