After almost 2 months of Iaido, I have finally settled into a weekly routine.
Tuesday practice = Wednesday aching muscles.
Thursday slightly recovered…. but practice that night = Friday aching muscles.
Saturday slightly recovered…. but practice that afternoon = Sunday aching muscles.
Monday still achy from Saturday’s usually tougher class, and missing Iaido.
Today’s no different, specially when we were made to do bunny hops+ vertical cuts across the Dojo.
I think I’ll be limping up stairs for a few days yet….
