5 steps to a happy Waki weekend

1. Make dough

2. Make base sauce while waiting for dough to rise

3. Punch dough when dough has doubled (or in our case, quadrupled)

4. Select miscellaneous toppings

5. Heap toppings of choice on rolled out dough and bake. Add rocket and salmon as finishing touches after.
