in fate’s hands

My next 3 years is now signed, sealed and sent. Wonder what the future will bring?

Anyway, on to a happier note…

I went to chinatown during the weekend and bumped into some very nice chinese daikon at the shops.

loh bak soup

So I ended up buying some dried squid, de-seeded hung zhou, goji berries, and pork ribs to make a big pot of loh bak tong.

It went perfectly with a big bowl of rice.
