slipping and sliding

It took me 2+ hours instead of the normal 45 minutes journey back home today after 4 days of snow.

Instead of catching the bus from the tube station (the bus never came), I slipped and slid and sloshed in melting snow and ice encrusted pavement for 30 minutes, followed by a rather treacherous climb uphill…

…it does look rather pretty though…

…still, I was pretty darn glad when I finally managed to reach the doorstep and looked back at my footprints.

Need Muks here to make our snowmen army!
