Or otherwise known as a ‘donabe’ (in japanese), a wonderful addition to any kitchen.

I finally went and bought one not long ago. After ‘opening’ it (with a mixture of water and rice, google “donabe care” if anyone is interested about it) I finally got to experiment….


Claypot braised belly pork and tau fu pok (fried bean curd).

Perfect for the gradually colder weather!
