Buy £43 worth of lovely marbley beef on the bone, encrust it in rosemary, thyme and garlic for 4 hours….

Plonk said beef on a grill (disposable ones acceptable only during emergencies such as this), being very careful for the steaks not to topple off due to the steaks being too big insufficient grill space….

Tuck in when steaks are just seared on the surface, juicy and pink in the middle….

  1. Looks delicious!! I could use a good steak right now. I always have to ask for mine bien cuit (well done) though. But in France even that means with just some pink on the inside. yummy

      Thanks. Steak is such an important part of life, isn’t it? 😀 Unfortunately here in England, you’d have to ask for rare or medium rare to have it still pink… otherwise it’s overdone.
