It’s been a few weeks since I’ve been mucking around with the Tefal Actifry. So far, I really like the little (well, not so little) machine.
Chicken wings, breaded chicken, sausages were brilliant with this. They turn out nice and moist, with loads of oil released and dripped away from the foods themselves (I didn’t add any oil to cook. Just marinate)
Surprisingly, veg like courgettes and mushrooms were also really good. (Photo of a work lunch I prepped with the actifry, other than the avocado).
Not so good however, are softer or looser items like fish fingers….
Unless you like fish cumbles.
