I tried the chia seed dessert again, this time with 2 tablespoons of chia seed. Instead of using store bought chocolate soy milk, I whisked in drinking choc into unsweetened soy milk instead (only because tescos didn’t have the chocolate ones. 😦 )
It came out nice and thick, and quite sago-like. Unfortunately, I didn’t let it sit enough yet again. (Should be 2 hours, not one….) so I still crunched my way through it a tad.
Oh well… try and try again.
